Your emotional wellbeing is of paramount importance, both during your time with us and throughout your career in the armed forces.

We focus on developing you as an entire person, both physically and emotionally, and our in-house therapist runs weekly sessions with our students as required. We address any mental and emotional difficulties in training and at home, helping with the application process and building up your resilience and providing you with strategies to help you on your journey.
